Why EndoGlobal Group?
EndoGlobal Group is a specialized international endometriosis care network focused on advanced diagnosis, endometriosis mapping, laparoscopic and robotic excision surgery, fertility assistance, neuropelveology, nutrition, psychological support, and coordinated international patient care.

A specialized endometriosis ecosystem
Complex endometriosis is rarely solved by a single appointment or a single specialty. Patients with deep infiltrating disease, bowel or urinary involvement, prior failed surgery, or fertility goals often need a coordinated team — not a series of disconnected referrals. EndoGlobal Group is organized around this principle: imaging, excision surgery, fertility, nerve preservation, bowel and bladder expertise, pelvic floor rehabilitation, nutrition, and psychological support operating as one care pathway.
International multidisciplinary team
Reported specialties inside the network include:
- Endometriosis excision and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery
- Radiology with endometriosis-specific MRI and Endomapping ultrasound
- Reproductive medicine and fertility (IVF coordination, fertility preservation)
- Digestive, colorectal, and general surgery for bowel involvement
- Urology and urogynecology for bladder and ureter involvement
- Surgical oncology capability for complex pelvic anatomy
- Neuropelveology for nerve-related pelvic pain
- Pelvic floor physical therapy and pain management
- Nutrition and psychological support
- Anesthesia and nursing teams experienced with complex pelvic surgery
Reported roster includes specialists such as William Kondo, Ramiro Cabrera Carranco, Armando Menocal, Jorge Zavala, Monica Tessmann Zomer Kondo, Carlos Trippia, Fabián Walters, Nucelio Lemos, Jonathon Solnik, Ana Sierra, and Eduardo Cardenas Meave, among others listed on the official EndoGlobal doctors page. Named physician profiles are published only with the physician's explicit consent.
Endomapping and pre-surgical planning
Expert imaging protocols — specialized transvaginal ultrasound with bowel preparation and MRI with endometriosis protocol — are used to identify deep disease and guide the surgical plan before the patient enters the operating room. Mapping helps assemble the right team for the specific anatomy: colorectal for bowel disease, urology for ureter or bladder disease, and additional support as needed. In some patients, laparoscopy and pathology may still be required for definitive confirmation.
Advanced excision surgery
Excision surgery is designed to remove visible disease as tissue (not only burn its surface), restore anatomy where possible, and confirm diagnosis through pathology. Laparoscopic and robotic techniques are used when appropriate. Robotic assistance is not automatically better — it is one tool used selectively for cases where wristed instrumentation, 3D visualization, or precision in deep spaces is helpful.
Multispecialty readiness in a single surgery
When bowel, bladder, ureter, sidewall, nerve, or diaphragmatic disease is present, the ability to address it in one planned operation matters. Fragmented, staged surgery increases recovery burden and the risk of leaving disease behind. EndoGlobal's model prioritizes assembling the full team in advance based on Endomapping findings.

How to evaluate EndoGlobal — or any specialist team
EndoHelp encourages every patient to use the same criteria for any specialist network: excision as the primary technique, multidisciplinary readiness, expert imaging before surgery, pathology confirmation of removed tissue, transparent pricing, and a defined follow-up plan.
