About EndoHelp
EndoHelp is an educational and patient-navigation platform for people affected by endometriosis — from first symptoms and diagnosis to excision surgery, fertility, cross-border care, and long-term follow-up.
Our mission
Endometriosis is common, under-diagnosed, and often poorly explained. Patients frequently wait years between first symptoms and an accurate diagnosis, and many receive fragmented or superficial treatment. EndoHelp exists to translate current medical evidence into plain-language pathways so patients can recognize symptoms earlier, ask better questions, evaluate specialists more carefully, and make informed decisions about surgery, fertility, and supportive care.
Who we serve
- People with suspected but undiagnosed endometriosis
- Patients with a confirmed diagnosis exploring next steps
- Patients with recurrent or persistent symptoms after prior surgery or medical management
- Patients with complex disease involving bowel, bladder, ureter, sidewall, nerves, or diaphragm
- Patients with fertility goals and coexisting endometriosis
- International patients considering cross-border specialist care
- Family members, partners, and caregivers supporting someone with endometriosis
What we do
- Publish plain-language, medically reviewed educational content on endometriosis diagnosis, imaging, surgery, and fertility.
- Explain how specialist and multidisciplinary care differs from general gynecology.
- Provide checklists, questions, and comparison tools patients can bring to consultations.
- Describe cross-border care pathways transparently, including what is and is not included.
- Connect interested patients with qualified specialist teams when appropriate.
What we do not do
- We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
- We do not guarantee outcomes such as cure, pain relief, or pregnancy.
- We do not replace consultation with a qualified physician.
- We do not publish patient stories without explicit written consent.
- We do not accept content sponsorship that would compromise editorial independence.
How our content is created
Draft content is written from primary medical sources — including WHO, NICE NG73, ESHRE, ACOG, ASRM, and peer-reviewed literature — and reviewed by qualified physicians and healthcare professionals across the specialties relevant to endometriosis care. Reviewer categories and the review process are described on the Medical Review Board page and in our Editorial Policy.
Transparency and disclosure
EndoHelp works in coordination with EndoGlobal Group and affiliated clinical partners including Hospital CYNTAR and the International Institute of Metabolic Medicine (IIMM). This relationship is disclosed on every relevant page and detailed in our Network Transparency statement. Educational content remains independent of any specific commercial recommendation, and comparison content is written to help patients evaluate any qualified specialist team — not only affiliated providers.
Compliance and safe wording
EndoHelp uses conservative, evidence-aligned language throughout. We do not describe any treatment as a "cure" and we do not guarantee pain relief, pregnancy, or absence of recurrence. Where evidence is uncertain, we say so. Where individualization is required, we say so. Where laparoscopy and pathology remain the reference standard, we say so.
