Advertising & Sponsorship Policy
EndoHelp discloses relationships with clinical partners, sponsors, and referral networks that could reasonably be perceived to influence editorial content.
Sponsored content
Any sponsored or partner-produced content is clearly labeled as such and separated visually from editorial content. Sponsored content is not permitted to make medical claims that contradict our editorial standards, and it is subject to the same safe-wording rules as editorial content.
Referral relationships
EndoHelp coordinates with EndoGlobal Group and affiliated clinical partners, including Hospital CYNTAR and the International Institute of Metabolic Medicine (IIMM). This relationship is disclosed on every relevant page and detailed in our Network Transparency Statement. When patients ask to be connected with a specialist team, this is the network we can facilitate directly.
Third-party advertising
EndoHelp does not sell general banner advertising for pharmaceutical products, medical devices, supplements, or unrelated commercial goods. We do not run behavioral ad networks that would compromise patient privacy.
Editorial independence
- Sponsorship or partner status does not determine which medical facts are presented.
- Medical reviewers can request changes for accuracy regardless of commercial arrangements.
- Comparison content ("Excision vs Ablation," "Choose a Surgeon") is written to help patients evaluate any qualified specialist — not only affiliated providers.
- We do not remove balanced discussion of risks or alternatives at the request of a sponsor or partner.
What patients can expect
- Clear labeling of sponsored content.
- Clear disclosure of partner relationships.
- Ability to seek a second opinion or choose a different provider without pressure.
- Ability to contact the editorial team with concerns about any content or referral.
How to report a concern
If you believe content on EndoHelp is influenced by a commercial relationship in a way that compromises accuracy, contact the editorial team through the site. Concerns are reviewed by an editor and, when relevant, by a medical reviewer.
