Medical Review Policy

EndoHelp is an educational and patient-navigation platform. Every major medical page is written for patients and reviewed for accuracy by qualified endometriosis care professionals.

Editorial standards

  • Content is grounded in independent medical sources including WHO, NICE NG73, ESHRE, ACOG, SOGC, RANZCOG, NIH/NICHD, ASRM/ReproductiveFacts, and the World Endometriosis Society.
  • Institutional or team-specific information from EndoGlobal Group is used only for institutional claims, not for general medical facts.
  • We do not promise cure, guaranteed pain relief, guaranteed pregnancy, or symptom-free outcomes.
  • We use safe, evidence-aligned language and clearly state that outcomes vary based on disease severity, prior surgery, anatomy, fertility goals, and overall health.
  • Areas of clinical uncertainty are named as uncertain rather than presented as settled.

Reviewer specialties

Reviewer categories include endometriosis excision surgery, fertility and reproductive medicine, radiology and Endomapping, colorectal surgery, urology and urogynecology, pelvic floor and pain, nutrition, and patient education. Full descriptions are on the Medical Review Board page.

Review cycle

  • Clinical pillar pages: reviewed at least annually, or whenever major guidelines change.
  • Procedural pages (excision, bowel, bladder/ureter, imaging): reviewed on the same cycle.
  • Travel and logistics pages: reviewed when pathway details or partner information changes.
  • Policy pages: reviewed when policy or regulation changes.
  • Each reviewed page displays a last-reviewed date and the reviewer's name and specialty where consent has been given.

What review does not do

  • Review does not create a doctor–patient relationship.
  • Review does not endorse any specific provider, clinic, or product.
  • Review does not guarantee outcomes for any individual patient.
