1. Who we are

EndoHelp is an educational and patient-navigation platform focused on endometriosis. EndoHelp is connected to specialized endometriosis care providers, including EndoGlobal, Hospital CYNTAR, and affiliated clinical partners. See our Network Transparency page.

2. Educational content — not medical advice

All content on EndoHelp is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Using this site does not create a doctor–patient relationship. See our full Medical & Legal Disclaimer and Treatment Results Disclaimer.

3. Cross-border care

EndoHelp helps international patients access endometriosis care in Mexico and other locations. Medical care outside your home country is governed by the laws and regulations of the country where care is delivered. Follow-up care, insurance coverage, medication continuity, and legal remedies may differ from your home jurisdiction. Review our Cross-Border Care Disclaimer before making travel or treatment decisions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to submit forms, contact an advisor, or upload records. Minors may only interact with EndoHelp through a parent or legal guardian.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use EndoHelp for emergencies. Call your local emergency services.
  • Do not submit false, misleading, or impersonated information.
  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
  • Do not use EndoHelp to harass, defame, or harm others.

6. Records, forms, and communications

When you submit forms, upload medical records, or contact an advisor, you consent to EndoHelp and its clinical partners reviewing that information to respond to your request. Handling of personal and health data is described in our Patient Privacy Notice.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, layout, graphics, and trademarks are owned by EndoHelp or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may share links to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. Any other reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use requires prior written permission.

8. Third-party links and content

EndoHelp links to third-party sites, guidelines, and clinical partners. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy, availability, or policies.

9. No warranties

EndoHelp is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EndoHelp disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EndoHelp, its affiliates, clinical partners, contributors, and reviewers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of health outcome, profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or reliance on the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EndoHelp and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform, content, or applicable regulations change. The version posted at the time of your visit applies.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating EndoHelp, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Local consumer protection rights that cannot be waived remain in force.
